The Hamilton Creek Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal government entity operating under the Statutes of the State of Colorado.  Records of the District are available to the public.  The District conducts an annual audit and in December of each year files a budget with the Division of Local Governments and Summit County Government.  The budget is available online.  For other financial information, please contact the Administrator
