Water quality. The water source for the District is the Creek the subdivision is named after. The water is chlorinated per State guidelines.
Infrastructure. The water is chlorinated in a small pump house located near the wells at the top of the subdivision. Water is pumped directly into the main lines. At the top of the District there is a 200,000-gallon storage tank. Levels in the tank will fluctuate depending on system demands. There are two pressure-reducing valves located in underground vaults at the base of Lake View Circle and at Stormwatch Circle. The PRVs reduce the water pressure as it flows down the hill. There are substantial pressure variations due to the different elevations within the District. All homes are required to have a pressure-reducing device installed inside the home.
